Sherry Casks: Sherry Casks was inspired by the, well, sherry casks used in the whisky industry to add a unique character to the spirit as it matures. Unaroo sits just to the west of the famous Speyside, a protected region for whisky distilling, so we couldn’t launch a yarn collection without a nod to our famous export.
